Refund and Cancellation Policy

What this covers

This policy applies to services bought from AiGanak Technologies OPC Pvt Ltd through aiganak.com, paid by bank transfer, UPI, card or net banking. All our services are delivered digitally; nothing is shipped.

LLM Cost Report

• Before we start: you can cancel at any time before you send us your data, and we refund the full price.
• After we start: once we have your data and have begun the analysis, the order can no longer be cancelled, except under the savings guarantee below or if we miss the delivery time.
• Late delivery: if we do not deliver within two working days of receiving the data we asked for, and have not agreed a new date with you, you can cancel and receive a full refund.

Savings guarantee

If the savings identified in your report add up to less than the price you paid over three months, we refund the full price. The figure is stated in the report. The guarantee covers the savings the report identifies, not results after you make or do not make the changes. Ask within 14 days of receiving the report. One guarantee per company. The full conditions are in our Terms of Service.

Audits and projects

The LLM Cost & Reliability Audit, implementation work and consulting are covered by the written proposal or agreement you accept before work begins. It states what can be cancelled and refunded at each stage. Where it says nothing, you can cancel before work begins for a full refund; after that, you pay for work already done.

Free tools and sample reports

The Bill Analyzer, the API pricing calculator and sample reports are free, so no payment or refund applies.

How to ask for a refund

Email contact@aiganak.com with your order reference (it starts with "AG-") and the reason. We reply within one working day.

When you receive it

Approved refunds are issued within 7 working days to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take a further 5 to 10 working days to show it. We refund the amount you paid; we do not cover currency conversion differences or charges made by your bank.
