How we deliver

AiGanak Technologies OPC Pvt Ltd provides digital services only. Reports, plans and other deliverables are sent by email to the address you give us when you order, as an attachment or a private link. There is no physical shipping and no shipping charge. We serve customers worldwide.

LLM Cost Report

1. After you order, we email you payment options and the list of data we need.
2. After payment, you send your usage export and request sample by replying to that email.
3. We deliver the report by email within two working days of receiving the data we asked for. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in India.

If the data is incomplete, we tell you within one working day what is missing; the two days start once we have it.

Free sample reports

Sample reports requested from our free tools are emailed automatically, usually within a few minutes. If one does not arrive, check your spam folder or write to us.

Audits and projects

Delivery dates for audits, implementation work and consulting are set in the written proposal or agreement for that work. The LLM Cost & Reliability Audit is normally delivered within five to seven working days of receiving your data.

Delays

If we cannot meet a delivery date, we tell you before it passes and agree a new date. If we miss the LLM Cost Report delivery time without agreeing a new date, you can cancel for a full refund, as set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
