1. Identification of Service & Corporate Framework

Welcome to AiGanak® (accessible via aiganak.com). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our multi-agent orchestration engineering suites, architecture synchronization systems, language model testing interfaces (including Prompt Lab and Model Lab), and flagship small language model deployment nodes (AiGanak-SLM-1B). By interfacing with our domain, portals, or staging endpoints, you enter a legally binding execution loop under these terms.

2. Intellectual Property & Code Matrix Protection

All custom components, custom framework code wrappers, webhooks, technical flow blueprints, algorithmic sequences, optimization methodologies, and model weights associated with AiGanak-SLM-1B are the exclusive, proprietary intellectual property of AiGanak®.

  • Unauthorized replication, reverse-engineering, decompilation, or structural mapping of our local models or testing interfaces is strictly prohibited.
  • Your use of our sandbox environments grants you an execution license only; it does not transfer any core structural or architectural IP ownership.

3. Acceptable Use Policy & Lab Guardrails

When utilizing the AiGanak® Prompt Lab or Model Lab, you explicitly agree not to:

  • Submit, inject, or process inputs designed to maliciously bypass safety filters, prompt injection guardrails, or local security perimeters.
  • Execute automated scraping, high-frequency script attacks, or resource-denial behaviors on our production servers or webhook routers.
  • Utilize our specialized SLM architectures to generate vector spaces, data models, or fine-tuning datasets intended to facilitate structural violations, security breaches, or deceptive network behavior.

4. Limitation of Liability & Hard Boundary

AiGanak® provides production-grade systems engineering tools, structural auditing blueprints, and model configurations on an “as-is” basis for enterprise evaluation and integration. We do not guarantee that third-party infrastructure integrations (e.g., local n8n, Make setups, or air-gapped private cloud servers) will run without downtime caused by user hardware allocation faults. In no event shall AiGanak® be liable for any infrastructure overhead spikes, token bloat expenses from improper external loops, or data layer discrepancies on external platforms.
